In the corporate fashion world (or just fashion world), accessories are an absolute must. During my visit last week with a major fashion blogger, I was introduced to a lot of fashion professionals. (post written by Jaren) Last week, New York City was engulfed in an sea of trends. Lots of people, for instance, wore Cheap Oversized Vintage Sunglasses. On my train rides back and forth from Brooklyn, there were tons of stylish girlies sporting these sunglasses and amazing overcoats (another trend). The oversized overcoats were in full force last week, along with Cheap Oversized Vintage Sunglasses. Another trend in full force was plaid (still). The raining plaid was in the form of Celine and Stella McCartney digs. In fact, I wore an inspired Stella McCartney plaid oversized coat, Cheap Oversized Vintage Sunglasses and black platform slip on sneakers (in the snow, yes. The worst idea ever). Outside Lincoln center, I saw lots of Celine Phantom bags (not a trend, but a staple), Stuart Weitzmann knee-high boots, and at least 20 girls wearing hot pink full circle skirts (kind of getting old know but what the 'hey'). The best variation of the hot pink full skirt was a girl wearing a jean jacket over a b&w striped tee, with Cheap Oversized Vintage Sunglasses, a full circle skirt, and leopard print Guiseppe Zanotti pumps... perfection!
